What was the highlight of Batoul Ajyad Hotel

Definitely not 4 star hotel but I will give it 2.7 star on a good day.

Decent room size. Free bus to Makkah - sometime they are packed (especially after prayer) and sometimes they take longer, not alway every 30 minutes. They need to arrange more than one or two buses after prayer because it is super packed after prayer. General comment: nobody is lining up for the buses, people push in. We love waiting in cue in UK but I guess that is not the case in the KSA. That is almost every where you go. The manager at the breakfast floor was charismatic and it was nice to talk to him. I didn’t get his name - average height, bald head. May Allah bless you.

The shower box - the metal bar were rusty, flies inside toilets/bathroom - outdated especially for 4 star hotel I mean come on. Reception didn’t pick phone at night however at day time they responded as I had an issue with the AC and flush. Breakfast is okay but they cannot keep the food warm. Either come early or pray that the dish is warm/hot when you arrive for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and my room was serviced two times during that time - not sure if that is good.

Ok for the price. As it’s still a walk to the mosque which is fine walking down. Takes about 20/25 mins but walking

The property was nice and clean. It had nice clean toilet downstairs near the reception area.

Room window was dirty and filthy with bird poo. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

The bus shuttle was a very good addition to convey hotel occupants to and from Haram. The cleaner stationed on our the 4th floor was also very pleasant and would replenish our supplies when we ask. We missed check out time but they were very courteous in asking us to vacate the room.

Some occupants refuse to make space for others in the elevator which is very 'Un-Umrah' like. Also, the windows should be cleared even though the curtains are covering them up

The room service needs to be iproved.

The location is good if you are traveling for Umrah. It's straight on the road which leads to the entrance gate of Masjid Al-Haram.

The room service. They did not change the toiletries (Towels, etc.) during my four days of stay. I called reception several times and they would always say that the room service was coming but it never happened.

Availability of bus from and to Haram. Garage beside the hotel.

The bathroom is very small. The bus park at Haram is very far from Haram. No cooperation from reception employees to give me more than one access card although we are booking a quadrable room.

Management should be improved a lot. The hotel is new and has lots of good things but no good staff

facilities are good

The cleaning staff were not helpful, we stayed for three nights and asked for room cleaning and no one did the cleaning in the good time or care about it Also, we had to wait for a long time before having our room although we arrived lately.

Night staff effort for car parking arrangement . Appreciated

They promise in booking.com that 24 hr shuttle bus service they will provide to haram for Umrah purpose. But when I called Friday 21 decamber around 3 pm for bus after waiting 30-40 minutes with my family including two kids ( 3 month & 4 year) When called at hotel mobile no -0556007882 , person response me very careless and told me where are you? Why you need bus? Don't call again and good bye . he behave like he don't receive his salary from last six month . So I am requesting here to Batoul Ajyad Hotel to pay hotel staff salary on time , so that they will serve us in good way as others hotels serve , very very disappointment Feeling ️ . On the other hand no hotel name display stickers for bus. Very difficult to identify at bus stand.

Superb stay. Excellent Customer Service.

Superb Stay .The hotel was new and clean. Staff were very helpful and Friendly specially the Receptionist Mr. Fahad and I don't know other guy name.Breakfast menu is very limited but Nice , the Floor Manager is very kind &helpful.Shuttle service is round the clock, so going Haram was easy.Highly recommended for Families and I would love to stay there again.Thanks for everything. One apartment contains 2 rooms and if you have laudy neighbourhood then you can't sleep.Also bath room shower noise can be listen in your bed.

The breakfast was not good. Hardly, two items. Plus the restaurant staff was not professional.
